Shipping policy

This policy explains how Waimers delivers your orders.

Where we deliver

We deliver across India through trusted courier partners. Enter your PIN code at checkout to see whether we deliver there and when your order should arrive.

Delivery time

Orders are usually delivered in 3 to 6 days after they are shipped. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are shipped on the next working day. Remote areas can take longer.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on orders of ₹999 or more. For other orders, the shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available on most PIN codes. Any cash on delivery fee is shown at checkout before you place the order.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we send you a tracking link by email or WhatsApp. You can also see its status in your account.

Late or lost parcels

If your order has not arrived by the expected date, write to vioramice@gmail.com or call 9416874123. If a parcel is lost in transit we will send a replacement or refund you in full.
